The standard Manor II, Regency II and Regency III all have identical floorplans. 

The difference between them is the roof shape.  The Manor II has a 'gable' roof (like the Manor) but with a forward attached garage.  A Manor II (with an optional porch) is the first picture below.  The Regency II (second picture below) has a 'HIP' roof (note: the second picture is a modified Regency II with the optional fourth bedroom in the front left of the house).  A Regency III (not pictured) has a premier 7/12 (tall) roof pitch for a more dramatic exterior appearance, along with interior vaulted ceilings.
