Castle Gate Homes can give you the same quality, superior structural integrity and lowered cost to build in less time(through panelization) for ANY wood structured building. 

To receive a custom quote to panelize your home from your own blueprints (purchased from ANY source) you will need to MAIL THREE (3) reproducible set of plans to Castle Gate.  The fee for a custom model quote is $370 to cover the drafting department expense to produce a complete and accurate materials list and fabrication process in order to give you an accurate and EXACT home package cost. 

THE $370 CHARGE IS REIMBURSED TO YOU WHEN YOU PURCHASE THE HOME. 

We will either mail you a check or apply the fee to the cost of your home package- it's you choice.

We realize that some companies do not charge a custom model quote fee upfront.  Many of their potential customers have come to us, discouraged about forever changing pricing on their custom panelized home.  In addition, our custom model quote fee allows us to keep our pricing as low as possible; because we do NOT need to mark our custom home pricing UP in order to protect our profit margin due to quick and inaccurate custom model pricing typically provided by other panelizing companies. 

PLEASE NOTE: A "reproducible" blueprint is a set of architectual blueprints that are generally NOT copyrighted, that allows you or Castle Gate to make additional copies without violating copyright laws.  Reproducible plans generally cost more than single copy 'planning sets' or 'construction sets' of blueprints.
