The Regency is available in three distinct designs, known as the Regency (optional garage), Regency II (which has an attached two car garage), or Regency III (which is identical to the Regency II but with a taller 'estate' roof pitch allowing for vaulted ceilings).  There are NO load bearing walls allowing for an endless variety of floorplans.  Here is a popular pre-existing floorplan (below) of the Regency model:
