All home packages except the Signature, Patriot and American series come STANDARD with the Premium Grade Pine (PGP) siding and cedar facia and soffit boards.  The siding is installed at the factory and the uncut trim boards are installed on-site.  The PGP siding on this home (Manor model- below) has been stained gray.   

Many customers will use the PGP siding for the sides and back of the home and cover a portion, or all of the FRONT of the home with a matching stone or brick face for a very attractive inexpensive finish.

The PGP siding is a VERY cost effective standard feature because the home does not need any additional siding; saving an additional $4000 to $7000 (average) in building cost.

Finishing Hints:

•	For optimum weatherability, finish with one coat primer (if siding is unprimed) and two coats acrylic latex paint
•	For stained look, use opaque solid color acrylic latex stain only
•	Follow stain or topcoat manufacturer's recommendations for application to primed or unprimed plywood siding
