Every model listed above can have variations in floorplan and style to fill the customers needs; most models have NO INTERIOR LOAD bearing walls allowing for countless variations in floorplan arrangement. All models with standard 8' walls are available with the 9' wall option. The Townhouse complex may be modified into several different configurations and may be used for either residential or commercial purposes. Pricing column above is for basic (STANDARD) packages and does not include options or shipping charges.

All pricing subject to change. Products under contract (or in production) at the time of a pricing change WILL NOT be affected by any price increases taking place.

Prices listed in the Package Price column above are Retail Prices for the STANDARD Home Packages of the house models listed. Since these are custom homes, your final cost will depend on choices you make pertaining to floorplan, interior wall finish, exterior wall finish, bathroom fixtures, lighting fixtures, roofing, foundation type, etc. Since the costs of these components vary from region to region, and must be tallied in order to arrive at a finished cost, it is the builder/contractor who will be able to give you the most accurate estimations of final cost. In most cases, it is only after blueprints have been reviewed by your sub-contractors that he/she can arrive at an accurate project-specific estimation of finished cost for your new home. For an overall finished project cost, it is necessary to add the cost of financing, permits and other local fees, land, site improvements and incidental or miscellaneous fees to the Finished Home Cost.
