Prices listed in the Package Price column above are Retail Prices for the STANDARD Home Packages of the house models listed. Since these are custom homes, your final cost will depend on choices you make pertaining to floorplan, interior wall finish, exterior wall finish, bathroom fixtures, lighting fixtures, roofing, foundation type, etc. Since the costs of these components vary from region to region, and must be tallied in order to arrive at a finished cost, it is the builder/contractor who will be able to give you the most accurate estimations of final cost. In most cases, it is only after blueprints have been reviewed by your sub-contractors that he/she can arrive at an accurate project-specific estimation of finished cost for your new home. For an overall finished project cost, it is necessary to add the cost of financing, permits and other local fees, land, site improvements and incidental or miscellaneous fees to the Finished Home Cost.
