Why did you receive an email from us?

If you received a mailing from us, (a) your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.

Why did you receive a telephone call from us?

Castle Gate Homes does not make random phone calls (telemarketing) to promote sales.  If you have received a phone call from us, our call is in response to your phone message, feedback forum, or email. 

How we protect your privacy:

We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.

Sharing and Usage of your personal and private information: 

We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission unless ordered by a Court of Law with competent Jurisdiction.  Information submitted to us is only available to our employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you to provide potential services relating to our business/communications with you.  As a previous customer of Castle Gate Homes (you are living in a Castle Gate prefab home package) you will NEVER be solicited by our current potential customers for recommendations, referrals, 'walk-through' or drive-by visits for the benefit of our future business; we recognize the value of your personal time and residence and we will NOT infringe upon that value to enhance our business profit.  A portion of this privacy policy is also expressly stated in your Home Package Contract at the time of sale. 

How can you stop receiving email or calls from us?

If you do not want any future contact from us, email us and simply request to be removed from any future contact.
